Perfect price ratio! I booked a last-minute stay and checked in almost at midnight, but there were staff available to assist. The uncle at the front desk was very kind and provided great information. Although it's a small hotel, it’s well managed, and the staff is very professional in their work. The room itself is compact but well-equipped, with a bedside plug that includes a USB charging port. The room is new and very clean. What I appreciate the most is the bed and pillows—they are incredibly comfortable 🩵 There’s a 7-11 nearby, and it's easy to walk around the city. In a small alley near the hotel, you can walk along the river, which is quite charming.

For the price it was a very good hotel. Not too far from the main attractions (The Grand palace ca. 40 minutes on foot). The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities (although we did find 1 cockroach during our stay). There was a storage room for the luggage near the reception and a toilet as well (for before check-in or after check-out). Do note that there is a 500 baht cash deposit per room, but we got it back after checkout withiut any issues. Breakfast was also good, nothing exceptional but a good selection. Bonus: Khao San road is also close, there is a good thai massage place 5 minutes away and also some good restaurants 8 minutes away.

The staff are really friendly, our room is very clean and I think it was a very quiet and safe neighborhood, though it was quite far from tourist spots but I don't really mind as it was easy to grab a car or tuktuk. The Wifi works really well based on my experience. The breakfast is good although the options are very limited which was understandable because they only started their operations a few weeks ago before we arrived. I would recommend the hotel to my friends who would like to visit Bangkok.

Additionally, there are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance of the property serving cheap and amazing Thai food. The breakfast was also decent and included both Thai options as well as more continental ones.
